Spellbound -- I understand what you mean but in actual fact, it doesn’t matter where you live. It all boils down to the attitude and character of people. Even if you are living in upper-class neighborhood, there are still cases of disturbances around. Take for example the infamous Joo Chiat drama which revolves around people living in landed property. Just imagine what would happen if you have such neighbors!

Chocolove -- Very nice of you to drop by. Ha ha. I guess this is one 大耳窿 who is happy and take pride in his job. That could be his trademark signature. Maybe people call him by his nickname, which is “The smiling Ah Long ”.
Haven't gambled yet already have to lose $100. Guess only hardcore gambling addicts would not mind paying the $100 entrance fee.
